EAU recruits service specialist to support growing customer base

HAVANT, U.K. - Jan. 21, 2021 - Energy Assets Utilities (EAU) has recruited an award-winning customer service specialist to help the multi-utility construction company keep pace with its growing pipeline of projects with housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers.

Becky Pickles joins EAU at Birstall in the newly-created role of Customer Manager and will be leading on service innovations to support the company's 'mains to meter' ICP and UIP accredited design and construction expertise.

Becky has extensive multi-utility experience, having worked for major energy providers and distribution network operators in a career that includes gold award recognition at a major industry event for customer service innovation.

As Becky explains: "EAU is growing strongly, so it is vital that we keep our focus on meeting the needs of our customers during this expansion. My role is to ensure that the business adds value to every project from the earliest engagement through to completion, so that we deliver our vision to become the utility network construction partner of choice."

Becky is also aware of her position as a role model in what remains a male dominated environment.

Says Becky: "This is an industry that provides great opportunities for professional progression, and I would certainly encourage female school leavers and graduates to consider the career opportunities opening up in a sector that will play a pivotal role in delivering the UK's Net Zero targets."
