Rita has handled disputes surrounding the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of real estate, as well as negligence claims, asset and debt recovery cases, and product liability cases. Acting for individuals and businesses, her clients range from family-owned enterprises to large multinational corporations. Rita also represents clients in corporate and shareholder litigation, including oppression claims.
Rita regularly appears before all Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. She also represents clients before various administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board.
