Dedication To Community Names Aaron Jones and James Fisher-Davis To Posts

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Nov. 9, 2020 - Dedication To Community (D2C) today announced the addition of Aaron "AJ" Jones and James Fisher-Davis to their senior leadership team, the latest additions to D2C's fast-growing organization. Jones joins D2C with a long resume of business success in the private sector and in professional sports, while Davis has a stellar career in programs in law enforcement throughout the state of North Carolina. Both will join the D2C leadership team immediately.

"Our organization's growth continues to accelerate and we are pleased to bring on these forward-thinking leaders in business, community relations and areas like athletic leadership and law enforcement to our team," Dedication To Community (D2C) founder M. Quentin Williams said. "Their relationships and their vast experience will continue to help us expand partnerships we already have while leading in opening new doors across varied fields, all with the goal of helping us solve critical problems in communities today by healing, listening and building bridges for the long term."

Jones, a former All-American lacrosse player at Cornell University, brings 30+ years of executive experience expanding businesses across diverse industries including nonprofit, sports/entertainment, and hospitality. His professional background includes executive tenures with the NFL and NBA, as well as nonprofit leadership roles as CEO of Metro Lacrosse and as Executive Vice President of the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau. He has a proven record of operational and strategic leadership advancing businesses across multiple private and public business sectors.

Fisher-Davis spent 18 years as a law enforcement officer, served in the capacity of college Dean, serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Wingate University, and served as a Commissioner in the state of North Carolina leading training and education. He has been working in an advisory role for D2C for several years. His for-profit company, Equilibrium Up, is also a D2C partner. He is originally from Kinston, North Carolina where he lettered in three sports and was an accomplished trombonist. He completed his undergraduate studies at UNC Wilmington and post graduate studies at The University of Charleston.

Jones and Fisher-Davis join a quickly expanding team that is on board to handle D2C's fast growing national partnerships in government, law enforcement, community relations and sports teams and leagues. In September, D2C expanded its reach to involve professional athletes, adding former NFL executive Lamonte Winston (former director, player engagement and development, Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders) and Pro Football Hall of Famer Donnie Shell (Pittsburgh Steelers).

Additional partnership announcements in sports, government, law enforcement are coming in November.
