Local Business Consulting Offers Free Assistance to Local Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - April 27, 2020 - MCL & Associates today announced a new effort to help local businesses — zeroing in on local small businesses and non-profit organizations — to adjust their day-to-day operations in the face of the devastating consequences of the CONVID-19 epidemic. The company will offer free transformation assistance and mentoring to each business requesting it for the duration of the pandemic.

MCL started this outreach program during the COVID-19 pandemic so they could do their part in stabilizing and overcoming the palpable damage to our small businesses and their employees. Traditional consulting services could easily cost a business seeking outside help over fifteen thousand dollars including loss of valuable management and employee time, but MCL has developed a stripped-down, agile approach that eliminates time-wasting consultative meetings, and laser focuses on identifying the new post-COVID-19 path to follow. The offer is made to all legal business entities on a onetime, first-come, first-serve basis. MCL will give special preference to serving the hard-hit storefront small business community.

To mitigate bottlenecks, MCL has reached out to its network of over 1,200 associates to pitch in as volunteers. Interested businesses can request more information by going to MCL's website's COVID-19 Transformation page: https://www.mcl-associates.com/covid19_transformation.html.

CEO Cheryl Maxwell- Lefcowitz said, "We wanted to give something back to local small business and non-profit communities that form the backbone of our country. We thought we can do that best by giving a helping hand to those who need it the most, during a time when everyone is struggling to keep their head above the water."

MCL is a woman-owned management consulting company, specializing in organizational change management, process engineering, business transformation, and business analysis, as well as various program and project support methodologies and frameworks; i.e., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL, DevOps, Data Analysis and Operations Research services.
