Highpoint Church COVID-19 Community Care Response

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - April 1, 2020 - Highpoint Church is reaching out to the community during this COVID-19 pandemic. We have a team of Helping Hands Heroes who have volunteered to assist people in our community who are unable to leave their homes by running errands, assisting them in finding needed supplies, and making free deliveries of supplies, groceries or whatever else they may need. It's free, its easy, and its safe. It's all in our effort to help keep them safe. Whether they live in north Martin County, St. Lucie County, or Indian River county we have a Helping Hands Hero nearby to help those who need it.

Additionally, this past Sunday, March 29th Highpoint Church announced its We Care Initiative. To date the church has raised $15,000, from within the congregation, to distribute to congregants who have lost jobs or are experiencing a loss of income due to the COVID-19 crisis. A portion of the We Care Initiative funds are also being used to help meet the needs of those in the community who are not part of Highpoint Church.
