Mine carts appear randomly in the main game on the first, third, and fifth reels, awarding the player whatever prize is shown in the cart directly above the reel. Three Scatter symbols trigger the Bonus feature, from which the player can select the Bonus game or Free games.
In the Bonus game, the player picks three gems in the mine, each of which has a different multiplier. A mine cart then delivers one or more gems, which is the average multiplier of the three chosen gems. The player can take the safe route and choose the average multiplier, or they can take a chance at earning a higher prize by choosing one of the three hand-picked gems.
The mine cart is activated during the free games on all five reels to increase your possibility of winning. There are three different jackpots in Diggin' Deep by IGS that can have progressive or random adjustable values.
