PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - March 3, 2020 - The Human Resource Executive® Health & Benefits Leadership Conference (HBLC), an event to help health, wellness and benefits leaders optimize their benefits strategies, announced a new session presented by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) discussing its Employer Health Benefits Survey and the important results they received about employer health plan costs and designs. KFF's Policy Analyst, Rabah Kamal, will host the session on Wednesday, April 15 at 10:45 a.m. during the conference being held April 15 - 17, 2020 at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

During the session, Employer Strategies to Reduce Health Costs and Improve Quality, KFF will explore what drives insurance purchasing decisions based off research conducted for the Employer Health Benefits Survey. Results from the survey include findings from several focus groups with employees, including attendees of HBLC 2019. KFF will also give insight into barriers of balancing healthcare costs and employee satisfaction. They will take time to explore tools that allow employers to make informed decisions when selecting health plans and provider networks. Additionally, KFF will examine further survey themes that round out the picture of employers' biggest healthcare cost and quality concerns.
