Under Armour may be the fastest-growing major sports brand. The brand slows down though as it reintroduces football skills to youth in the Seattle Metropolitan area. The league will offer new levels of excitement in different ways. As the name suggests games will be at night with the lights shining bright just like Friday night high school games. Bellevue College is the host location for all the league games and events. Not only will the lights be shining bright, but there will also be a football musical soundtrack coming from the speakers just like the stuff you hear when watching your favorite college and professional teams. Under Armour has made this an affordable activity and players can sport their favorite team's names and colors.
"Bellevue Under The Lights" flag football is now open for registration until late March. The football season starts in April and ends with the Championship Game in June. This is a league for boys and girls of any skill level or no skill level at all. The most important thing kids will get from this league is confidence, team building and an emphasis on skills training without the worry of being hurt. Under Armour, Bellevue Under The Lights and Bellevue College are committed to providing the best non-contact football experience in the country. All coaches must be currently certified and both coaches and volunteers have gone through background checks.
All players receive official branded Under Armour shirts and shorts with popular team names and colors. Trophies will be given to champions of divisions, grade or age. There are family discounts available and also scholarships based on need. To make sure this need is met there are sponsorship packages available. Businesses, schools, churches or social organizations are encouraged to contact the league organizers for sponsorship information. About Bellevue Under The Lights Football:
Under The Lights is the exclusive youth flag football partner of Under Armour Incorporated. It is a league for elementary school to eighth-grade young men and young ladies. All skill levels are invited to this competitive, confidence building, non-contact flag football experience. The league is headed by former Morgan State University Hall Of Famer, Ali Culpepper. Ali also played running back as a true freshman for Syracuse University, he then went on to play professional arena football for the Billings Outlaws.
