Cascade Announces Addition of VP of Business Development Amid Rapid Growth

MADISON, Wis. - Oct. 21, 2019 - Building on consecutive years of double digit growth, Cascade Asset Management is on track to exceed a third year of rapid expansion targets in the ITAD industry. While downward trends in commodity values have challenged other providers, Cascade's focus on meeting the needs of its target market with its Safe & Sound management practices, has led to a sustained, repeatable pattern of growth.

As part of its growth strategy, Cascade welcomes nineteen year ITAD veteran Ryan Laber to its team as Vice President of Business Development. Ryan most recently served as the Director of Business Development and Planning at Arrow Electronics. Previously, he created Arrow's Center of Excellence for mobile device processing and served as a Vice President at Asset Recovery Corporation, a Minnesota-based ITAD that sold to Arrow in 2012.

"Following Arrow's exit from ITAD, I knew immediately with whom I wanted to work," commented Laber. "Cascade has a long-standing, sterling reputation recognized by industry stakeholders. With a focused growth strategy that is already accelerating, it's an exciting time to join the team."

On top of its organic growth, Cascade is seeing additional business from Arrow's exit. "Several customers have shifted the balance of their service requirements to Cascade, and many more are looking for Cascade as a new vendor," said CEO Neil Peters-Michaud. " We're proud so many are recognizing Cascade Asset Management as a leading ITAD provider."
