Coral Bay Recovery Provides Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Lighthouse Point, Florida

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla. - Sept. 21, 2019 - Coral Bay Recovery, LLC, a new addiction treatment facility located in Lighthouse Point, Florida, has opened for business. At a time when many facilities are closing, the boutique facility has opened its doors to people seeking help for alcohol and substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, on an outpatient basis.

Coral Bay Recovery fills an important niche in the addiction treatment space. Explains co-owner and Director of Business Development, Scott Snader, "Traditionally, the bigger players in addiction treatment have dominated the industry. But recent trends have enabled small facilities like ours to be able to give clients what they're looking for: an intimate experience and more personalized service. Clients are tired of getting lost in the shuffle in their search for recovery."

The facility's Clinical Director and co-owner is Mark Jacobson, a licensed marriage and family therapist and master's level certified addiction professional. Says Jacobson, "We started Coral Bay with the mission of helping people on an intimate level, where we really get to know the clients and they know us. That's the best way to give them the attention they need and help them focus on their goals. And our groups are small—only 10-12 people—so our clients are getting a personalized experience." Groups take place three evenings a week, which clients find convenient. The program is typically nine weeks in length, but is flexible.

Says Snader, "Many people can't be in an inpatient facility for 30 days or more. And that keeps those who could benefit from treatment from getting the help they need. Coral Bay gives people struggling with addiction and mental health issues help that doesn't interfere with real-life, it meshes with it."

Clients who may need detoxification or more acute inpatient care can still get the help from one of the company's partner facilities and then transition to Coral Bay for intensive outpatient treatment.
