Put Your Shoulder To The Wheel, a steampunk anthology, and Stonebearer’s Betrayal, a young adult fantasy novel, both won awards at the 2019 Quills Conference. The Quills Conference is an annual event sponsored by the League of Utah Writers. Both books are published by Immortal Works.

Put Your Shoulder To The Wheel won the Gold Quill for Best Collection. It contains 13 stories from Scott William Taylor, Angie Taylor, Megan Rupp, Scott E. Tarbet, Finlay Lofthouse, Christopher Baxter, Bryce Moore, D. J. Moore, Mindie Erb, Heidi Wessman Kneale, Kurt F. Kammeyer, Kim May, Judith and Michael Collings and was edited by John M. Olsen. It was published on February 5, 2019.

Stonebearer’s Betrayal won a Recommended Read in the category of youth fiction. It is the first full-length novel written by Jodi L. Milner and was published on November 13, 2018.
