Earlier today, the Indian Visa Agency finally announced the beginning of its new Skype chat service, which has been in talks since January 2016. The main aim is to allow visitors to get real-time answers to visa-related questions about travel to [India](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India)... but it does so, with a difference.
Julio Navarrete, Marketing Director at Indian Visa Agent, says: "We wanted to try something new with this Skype chat service. Anyone familiar with the travel industry will probably have noticed how everyone else seems to offer convoluted solutions. This is a problem because international travel requirements can be tricky, especially when it comes to families with children."
So as a welcome breath of fresh air, Indian eVisa Agency will instead offer transparency and simplicity along with the latest visa-related advice for travelers from many countries. Indian Visa Agency chose to make this move because they believe people who travel should have 100% transparency from visa agencies so they can get the most cost effective product as well as to avoid any problems while entering India.
Navarrete also said "We want to give our customers a true world-class experience. With our new Skype chat service, they have a fresh new opportunity to get peace of mind regarding their travel arrangements. There are enough headaches when setting out to travel internationally, if we can alleviate just one of them, we've done our job well. We want them to feel confident when using our service. Trying something new is always a risk, but it's a risk we believe is worth taking."
Indian Visa Agency has been in business for 2 years, being established in 2014. Since Day 1 it has aimed to provide a seamless and easy visa application and delivery experience.
