Philip Mutrie, President and Special Projects Coordinator for Syscom Publishing announced today that the company has officially launched a community wide search for interested professionals for a new best-seller book project.
Syscom is seeking Mortgage and Real estate professionals for inclusion in their upcoming best-seller book project. The project, entitled The Simplified Mortgage will benefit Local Community Charities and contribute to their expansion and growth.
Syscom Publishing will be donating 100 percent of the royalties from the retail book sales to be donated to Norfolk County charity organizations.
Regarding the search and upcoming book, Mutrie said, This is an important book for us, so well be reaching out to a select group of Mortgage and Real Estate professionals we feel are true advocates for the success of first time home-buyers and real estate investors throughout the Norfolk County community, while at the same time committing to support great charity organizations in the Norfolk County community.
The Simplified Mortgage which is scheduled for release in the summer of 2016 will showcase each of the professionals who are found in Syscoms search and allow them to impart some of their real-world wisdom, knowledge, and experience in the field of real estate investing to everyday people seeking to invest in the real estate market successfully.
Philip Mutrie explained This book isnt just about first time home buyers. The mortgage and real estate professionals that will be selected are passionate about helping and educating their customers. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions that many people have about buying and selling, building, financing, refinancing, legal aspects, working with realtors, lawyers, and mortgage agents, and choosing the right insurance... a lot of information that the reality shows never talk about.

Philp Mutrie did assert that One of the reasons we launched this search is because we didnt want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical Experts. This search would be unnecessary if that were the case.
