The show's all-star roster of dance music artists from across the globe will bring adrenalizing sounds from trance to house to trap to Downtown Los Angeles, and awaken attendees' senses to the world of vibrations that surround them. Don Diablo's Exchange L.A. performance falls on the heels of scoring multiple top five hits on Beatport with records like AnyTime," Starlight," On My Mind" and Chemicals," which helped to propel him to his current status as an in demand remixer. His current portfolio includes Madonna, Ed Sheeran and Rudimental, among others, and he has collaborated with and produced for Kelis, Alex Clare, Example, Dragonette, Tiesto and more.
Awakening will also feature Los Angeles-based and Netherlands-born producer D.J. Shmitty, D.J. Rebellion, D.J. Mr. EW, The Storytellers Music with Matt Kalin on saxophone, and Christian TEN, an emerging D.J. in the Southern California house music scene. General tickets are available for $20. VIP tickets are $90 and include express entry, three premium cocktails, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages until 2 a.m. and balcony access. Valet parking and bottle service are also available.
Awakening is presented by Insomniac Events, an American tour promoter focusing primarily on electronic dance music events. The promoter is involved of the operation of Los Angeles nightclubs Create and Exchange L.A., and also organizes drum and bass-oriented events under the brand Bassrush, and Hardstyle events under the brand Basscon. Past events include Electric Daisy Carnival, Beyond Wonderland, Nocturnal Wonderland, White Wonderland and the Together as One Festival in partnership with Go Ventures.
