The Bourbon Street bar with their branded drinks now have the ecologically friendly advantage of collecting and recycling bottles as locally as possible. The bottles used in the restaurant and bar are collected on site and barely have to travel before they go through the full recycling process.

That's an environmentally friendly recycling solution that's also good business for the bar. Solly says many people talk about finding ways to help the environment but often the solutions are right in front of everyone. It just takes a little very simple innovation and some small commitments to turn waste streams into more environmentally friendly alternatives.
