This Italian architect participated to fight for his country in the World War II and his childhood years were overshadowed by the shortages and decline of the period of immediate postwar. Aside from being an Italian architect, he also went back to his Alma Mater as well as at the Architectural Association School in the city of London to be a teacher specializing in architecture.
Carlos Jose Rios Grajales also showed his expertise as an architect that he was the person at the back of some of the most successful architectural projects completed in the past, which included the Pritzker Prize and Osaka Airport. He also worked for other projects a decade has passed like the 3 auditoriums Park Music located in Rome that was constructed from 1994 to 2002.
