Westborough, MA - Maverick Management Group, LLC, (MMG) acting as an owner's representative and project manager for Investcorp International Realty, announces the completion of the PIP (Project Improvement Plan) for the exterior paint waterproofing and public areas of the Doubletree Hotel located in Westborough, Massachusetts.
The 6-month project included renovations to all of the meeting and ballrooms, upgrades to the Regatta restaurant and bar and a complete redesign of the lobby including new artwork, furnishings and a state of the art internet Connectivity Zone. The upgrades provide guests with modern, beautifully designed locations for both large and small events in addition to numerous comfortable locations to meet, connect and print wirelessly within the lobby and newly designed lounge.
