HJ has released her new video in which she explains women how to lose 70 pounds in 4 month and how to lose the first 40 lbs in 2 months .

Her video is based on her weight loss story and what she has accomplished through following a fat loss diet plan and an exercise routine.

Before she made the new video she looked at her past accomplishments and the steps she followed to lose weight.

First she managed to lose the first 40 pounds. It took her 2 months to drop forty lbs, and she had to eat less calories each day and she exercised daily, in fact in some days she exercised 2 times. Even though it the first 2 days it was difficult for her to start doing workouts since she hasn’t done anything in a few years, but she created a small group of 5 women who all had this goal of losing weight, it started to be funny and it was a pleasure for her meat her friends at the gym.

It passed another 2 months and already heather managed to lose 70 pounds easily . She was really happy as she has never looked better in her entire life. Even though when she was in high school she used to weight fewer pounds, because she was fit, she was much sexier than ever before.

The last stage was to lose the last 10 pounds to hit the desired weight, and in total, in in 5 months, she lost 80 pounds of fat, a thing accomplished by just a few people in the world.

Her video was created after almost 2 years after she has lost the weight, and as Heather explains, she has lost another 10 pounds of fat during the next few months and got to an 8% body fat.
