1. When entering the construction site, the scaffolders should receive project and team training, and safety technical briefing before erecting the scaffolding.

2. When setting up and dismantling scaffolding system, corresponding safety facilities should be provided, and scaffolders must wear safety helmets, safety belts, and anti-skid shoes. In winter construction, gloves are required.

3. Before setting up the scaffolding, strictly check the quality of the tools used and the materials and components of the scaffolding, and confirm that they are qualified before use.

4. When there are thunderstorms and strong winds of level 6 and above, scaffolding work should be stopped, and in snowy, foggy weather, scaffolding erection and dismantling work should be stopped. In rainy, snowy and windy weather, anti-skid measures should be taken and snow should be cleared.

5. When working with scaffolding erecting, tools and materials should be sent up and down with tool bags and ropes, materials and tools should not be scattered, and no materials should be thrown to avoid causing injury.

6. When electric welding, gas welding and other fire work are carried out on the scaffolding, fire approval procedures should be carried out, fire prevention measures should be taken, fire extinguishing equipment should be provided, and well-trained professionals should be assigned to supervise.

7. The scaffolding should be kept at a safe distance from the overhead power lines.

8. The scaffolding should be set up in accordance with the progress of the project. When leaving the work post before the scaffolding is completed, no unfixed components and safety hazards should be left to ensure stability.

9. During the use of scaffolding, digging should not be carried out under and near the vertical pole foundation, otherwise reinforcement measures should be taken for the frame body.

10. It is strictly prohibited to fix the supporting parts of the supporting scaffolding, cable wind ropes, concrete delivery pump pipes, platforms and large equipment on the scaffolding system. Do not hang lifting equipment on the working scaffolding platform.
