3). Rolling machines: WSIIK-70*3500, 2 sets; WIISINC-40*3500, 2 sets
4). Welding machines: submerged arc welding machines, CO2/MAG welding machines, and other welding machines; amounting to over 90 sets
5). Inspection equipment: X ray flaw detectors, digital ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic defect detectors, ultrasonic thickness meters, laser leveling instruments, and others
6). Experiment equipment: material universal testers, microcomputer carbonic acid analyzers, Rockwell apparatuses, impact testing machines, and others
7). Blasting and Painting and Drying system: automatic sand-blasting system, painting drying system, mobile paint spray booth.
Our company has manufactured more than 1000 sets of all kinds of WTG (wind turbine generators from 0.75MW to 5.0MW) columns for Power Corporations at home and abroad, such as Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd., China Guodian Corp., China Huadian Corp., China Huaneng Group, Honiton Energy, Suzlon Energy, Hara XEMC Windpower Corp., and others. Our company has manufactured more than 3000 sets micro/mobile towers and transmission towers for China Mobile and China State Grid, and has also supplied more than 50 sets of pressure vessels and 50,000 tons of steel structures for power stations, boilers, petroleum tanks and buildings.
