Hangzhou Lin'an Dechang Chemical Co., Ltd. was developed from former Sino-foreign joint-ventured Hangzhou Dechang Chemical Products Co., Ltd., which was established in 1993. In 2000, Dechang developed and produced HDC Antistatic Agents series successfully. HDC Antistatic Agents series are typical kind of nonionic antistatic agent, with excellent heat stability and antiaging property. At present, our products got the certificates of ROSH and PFOS, and the registration certificate of REACH.
