He will continue to serve plastic and reconstructive patients, but is dedicated to growing his cosmetic patient base.

Dr. Chang's increased emphasis on aesthetic procedures coincides with greater demand both locally and nationally for cosmetic treatments. Especially since Covid19 social distancing, there has been increased interest in "having work done" while recovery is easier. Demand continues to increase as more surgical and nonsurgical procedures become "normalized" in popular culture.
"We have always had a more conservative patient base here in between the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area," adds Dr. Chang. "But even though many people in our community aren't as open about having cosmetic procedures as people in Miami or Los Angeles, there is still a fundamental human desire to look good, and to seek out a doctor who is highly skilled in producing beautiful results."
