Prior to Cognizant, she was heading insurance operations (process & quality) for the entire southern Indian region and managed a large portfolio of private and public sector clients (group retirements business) as a Chief Manager at SBI Life Insurance.
Throughout her career, Roopa has focused on client relationship management, transforming processes across the insurance value chain, and acquiring extensive domain knowledge in underwriting, policy administration, claims, and more.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Navin along with her parents co-founded an organization in honor of her brother, who was born with extensive brain damage. The organization operated until her brother turned 30. An expert in her field, she holds an MBA from a prestigious institution in India and has completed an executive leadership program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
As a trailblazer in her field, looking ahead, Ms. Navin hopes to make a lasting impact by continuing to push boundaries and make significant contributions to support transformation in the global insurance & IT services industry.
