Australian Author Releases First Novella With U.S. Based Publisher

Australian fantasy author Pagan Malcolm will be releasing her first novella, Starlight, on Wednesday, December 11th 2019.

Starlight is the first novella in the seven book long series, The Starlight Chronicles (signed with U.S. based fantasy and sci-fi publisher The Parliament House). The first book, Lanterns in the Sky, was released earlier this year in March and was an overnight Amazon bestseller. The series contains four books and three novellas total.

Pagan is a 22-year-old author from the Whitsundays region in North Queensland, who has written many books under the pen name P. S. Malcolm, ranging from contemporary romances to urban fantasies.

Following the success of The Starlight Chronicles Series, Pagan has been invited to host a writing workshop at Aviation High School in Brisbane on the same day Starlight releases. She has also been invited to attend BookCon in New York City in May, 2020.

CEO of U.S. based publisher The Parliament House stated in the invitation:

"You have been such a pleasure to work with over the past year, and we feel your writing prowess and utmost professionalism would be an asset as we represent our publishing company in Manhattan this summer.

We are only inviting authors who feel exemplify what it means to be a Parliament author, and professionals who are well-versed in not only creative writing, but public branding, and holding themselves to the utmost highest standards in the publishing industry."

While overseas, Pagan plans to speak at a number of colleges about international authorship and The Starlight Chronicles Series.

The Starlight Chronicles Series is available where all books are sold, included Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo and The Parliament House website.
