With its inception in 1991, formally called Yueqing Wanjia Controlgear Factory, it is promoted to a national non-regional enterprise group involving several fields. It is such a large-scale enterprise group with dominant products as high voltage & low voltage switchgear cabinets and its electric components, high voltage vacuum circuit breakers and electrical section steel with functions of R&D, manufacturing, trade, investment and service.
At present, the Group has a total asset of RMB 1000 million Yuan, factory buildings of 118,000 square meters in area, over 2500 staff and has separately set up hi-tech industrial parks in Wenzhou, Lishui, Tianjin, Suzhou and Chengdu.
