Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd. (ACRC for short) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the research, development and production of fused cast refractory. Our company is located in Quliang Science & Technology Industrial Zone, Xinmi, Henan Province and covers an area of 210,000 square meters, 15km to the west of Zhengzhou International Airport, with efficient communication networks extending in all directions.
Our company was previously named Zhengzhou Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd. which was a joint venture of Henan Ancai Group and Zhengzhou Dongfang Enterprise Group with an investment of RMB180,000,000 and designed five production lines with annual capacity of 15,000 metric tons. In 2008, our company was reorganized as Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd. with registered capital of RMB 60,000,000.00.
Our company possesses over 150 sets of manufacturing facilities, among which there are three advanced first-level EA furnaces, of which the operating systems are controlled by PLC that could intelligently store processing data of power voltage and current and automatically analyze and adjust these parameters in further productions. The processing workshops have 26 sets of high-precision diamond grinding machines, 4 sets of cutting machines and 2 drilling machines. Testing center is equipped with highly-sensitive electro-balances, infra-red high temperature thermoscopes, vacuum drying ovens, flame photometers, visible spectrophotometers, high temperature electric resistance furnaces, X-ray fluorescence analyzers, magnetic stirrers and planetary ball mills. Besides, our company has built up a 35KV transformer substation to secure the power supply.
Our company is committed to manufacturing fused cast alpha beta alumina, beta alumina and AZS series products (including AZS-33, AZS-36 &AZS-41) and has the most advanced technology and rich experience in making L-shaped curtain wall blocks, alpha beta alumina lip stone for float glass furnaces and feeder channel blocks. So far, the products have been supplied to over 20 countries and regions, including the USA, Italy, France, Germany, the UK, South Korea, India, Oman, the UAE, Pakistan, Vietnam and Indonesia.
