Henan Chunsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. is affiliated by Dengfeng Chunsheng Refractory Co., Ltd., Dengfeng Yuzhong Functional Materials Co., Ltd., Dengfeng Desheng Refractory Co., Ltd, Dengfeng Hongchang Abrasives Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xiaoyi Jinli Refractory Co., Ltd. and Dengfeng Quality Inspection Center of Refractory. Our company covers a total land area of 250 thousand square meters. At present, our company has 1,300 employees, including 285 technicians in various professions and 80 engineers and scientists.
Our company has the annual production capacity of 200 thousand tons of different kinds of refractory, including raw materials and shaped and unshaped refractory, among which, there are 100 thousand tons of silica bricks, 30 thousand tons of acid-resistant bricks, mullite bricks, high alumina bricks and light weight thermal-insulating bricks, 10 thousand tons of bauxite-based fused high purity alumina-magnesia spinel and brown corundum and 60 thousand tons of other materials including aluminate cement, calcium aluminate powder, homogenized bauxite, various unshaped refractory and refractory raw material.
Our company is equipped with 8 sets of 1600x800mm wet pan mills, 48 sets of 200T~1000T presses, 6 hydraulic and vibration presses, 16 pneumatic ramming shaping machines, 9 sets of 3m double-stage furnaces fired with gas, 5 tunnel kilns with 80m~236m in length, 19 sets of gas-fired down draft kilns with 200~315m3 and 1 set of rotary kiln with the dimension of 2x46m.
Insisting on the principle of "Emphasize on Science and Technology, Survive based on Quality", our company has established a long-term technical cooperation with Luoyang Institute of Refractory Research, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tsinghua University, Zhengzhou University and Japanese Krosaki-Harima Co., Ltd. for developing new products continuously. The nanometer silica developed jointly with Tsinghua University has been used to improve the quality of silica bricks greatly. The physical properties and chemical compositions as well as size tolerance of the silica bricks with nanometer silica have reached or surpassed the world advanced level of the same kinds, which has been proved by the test done by National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Refractory and Japanese Krosaki-Harima Co. Ltd.
