Apvera Awarded S$500,000 Grant under SPRING Singapore

CENTRAL, Singapore -- Apvera Awarded S$500,000 Grant under SPRING Singapore’s Technology Enterprise Commercialization Scheme (TECS).

Apvera, a Singapore-based company, is developing an alternative approach for companies looking to automate the management and provisioning of both Software as a Service (SaaS) and traditional applications to their employees.

With aims to enable organizations to deliver the right applications to the right user while balancing security, ease of access, and freedom of any devices Apvera is fast becoming an industry thought leader.

The financing will be used to fund further expansion in the Southeast Asia region as well accelerate product development efforts.

The TECS grant is a competitive grant for startup businesses given to the best based on the commercial and technical merits of the proposals.

“Apvera has rapidly developed a platform to enable enterprises to consume IT in a disruptive and model we are familiar with today,” said CEO Eric Meyer. “The market has become fragmented with the advent of cloud technologies and business applications are no different.”

Simplifying IT complexity across the entire organizations allowing for ease in customer choice and devices is heralded as the objective.

The Company is focused on a long-term development plan and to remain active within the region and Singapore. With the co-founders being no strangers to working with best of breed technologies and a great track record, an initial release is targeted for End of Q2 of 2015.
