GOSFORD, Australia -- Central Coast Community College tutor Faith Charity has practiced this ancient therapy for many years and she’s excited about passing these skills on to her students.

“I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to demonstrate the great health benefits that hypnosis can have,” Faith Charity said.

“Hypnosis has a long history however a lot of people don’t realise how it can be used to improve your life.

“Hypnosis can be used every day to increase your quality of life. It can be used to deal with issues such as smoking, weight loss, anger and anxiety.

“Hypnotherapy can help free blockages and help break through the belief that you can’t do something. The thought of ‘I can’t do it’ can now become ‘why not?’ Things like writers block or fear of pursuing that passion can now become a thing of the past”, Ms Charity said.

It’s not just all talk in this course however. Students will actually get the opportunity to learn self hypnosis.

“In my course I include lots of practice in a non threatening environment. It’s important to me that my students feel safe, and have fun whilst learning.” Ms Charity said.

Hypnotherapy an Introduction will commence on Monday 10 November at the College’s Ourimbah Campus. The cost for the course is $99.
