Intersystems has successfully tested the deployment of Flight Information Display System (FIDS) pages to a 4K-UHD display extending their already comprehensive support for various display technologies used in conjunction with FIDS systems around the world.

The test was conducted with Intersystems newly released GMC8 digital display controller (DDC) and a commercially available 4K-UHD display.

Rapid Suite has always been able to support extreme resolutions, way beyond 4K-UHD, but now we have the other half of the puzzle, the hardware to display it." commented Bruce Allen, CEO of Intersystems.
