The Author
A writer from the heart I call myself a “Soul Writer” because all my work is straight from the heart and comes touching my soul from inside. I write poems, short stories and publish them in Word Press, Triond, eblogger and Face book. I am blessed for having many followers who appreciate my work online and it is their continuous word of appreciation and encouragement that inspired me to dive into the world of publishing. I have been fortunate that many of my poems have been published in an E- book namely the Poetry and Prose Magazine. I am also an active and respectful member of the poet’s group called “The Awakening Poets” where I am able to share my poems, small poems, with like minded people from all across the globe.
I write poetry capturing every human emotion, happiness, sad, death, love and weave them into beautiful verses that come deep down from the core. I have written poetry on fantasy, my personal emotions and even my insights of the future, my fears of being human, dreams that would stay with me and much more. I truly feel that poetry for me is the outlet of my human emotions which I wouldn't be able to express through words from the mouth. It’s a spark of idea that ignites within me suddenly and I feel this urge of writing it down and till I haven’t jotted it down my soul’s hunger is not fed. I write poetry in a story telling way combining poetry and prose at the same time, yet maintaining the authenticity of the poetry.
My personal life has blessed me with two sons, married with a loving husband, I am a homemaker, a mother, a student and amid all these duties I take out time for my writing regime and dream to continue my writing till the very end.
