Companies from Spain and India sign an agreement to develop business management solutions

NOIDA, India -- SABADELL / DELHI – Catalan based company NaN·tic and Openlabs from India announced an aggregation of extensive business and technical collaboration agreement to create, promote and endorse a series of novel solutions based on Tryton, the open source software oriented to business management. This agreement generates a unique blend of two companies working in the same domain while possessing expertise in different areas. Otherwise also marks an important event for the development of Open Source software. NaN·tic brings forth its erudition of business intelligence modules while Openlabs complements the partnership with its expertise on its own creation, an e-commerce framework named, Nereid. By means of the collaboration, the two companies will together strive to create a perfect ERP solution, which will be based 100% on Open Source ideology.

The agreement comes after the celebration of Tryton Unconference Barcelona last November; a technical meeting organized by NaN·tic, which gathered numerous Tryton developers from across the globe. Openlabs had an active and prominent role at the event. The two companies have been contributing to the Open Source community for over 5 years.
