KNIGHTSBRIDGE, U.K. -- Villas Valriche, the luxury residential golf and beach estate in Mauritius, marketed in the UK by Cluttons Resorts, has scooped three African Property Awards. Africa’s finest developers gathered in Dubai recently to hear the results of the International Property Awards regional competition.
Awards were given out for the region’s most impressive developments for a variety of property types. Villas Valriche won awards for Best Golf Development, Safe Home and Multi Unit Development.

Villas Valriche is situated in the Savanne region of Mauritius, the most naturally beautiful part of the island just 40 minutes from the international airport. The development forms part of the Domaine de Bel Ombre, a former sugar estate.
