Supernatural Expertise Helps Author Pen New Thriller About Legendary Immortal Man

PITTSBURGH -- Following on the heels of his highly successful first book, the non-fiction title Relics of God: A Supernatural Guide to Religious Artifacts, Sacred Locations & Holy Souls, author and screenwriter Keith Sniadach's newest novel, the supernatural thriller The Gatekeeper: The Final Secret Tribulation, has been released.

The Gatekeeper introduces one of history's most intriguing, mythical and largely ignored figures -- Cartaphilus, the Roman centurion who, according to biblical legend, was cursed to immortality by Jesus Christ for his role in the Crucifixion. The novel, based on Sniadach’s screenplay of the same name, follows Cartaphilus as he battles Lucifer and his minions who are hell-bent on stealing ancient relics and using their power to raise the antichrist and unleash him upon the world. Cartaphilus, in order to redeem his soul and earn his salvation, must stop the scheme from coming to fruition.

Sniadach, who writes full-time, has spent decades studying and researching supernatural/paranormal phenomena from Bigfoot to UFO's, and is considered a leading authority on supernatural religious phenomena. He spent over a year writing The Gatekeeper and the attention to detail shows. The book is garnering excellent reviews for its ingenious use of symbols and smart storyline and the entertainment industry has taken notice with Sniadach fielding calls from Hollywood studios regarding the rights to the screenplay version and the popular blogging website http://www.Bookfessions.com choosing Sniadach and The Gatekeeper as its feature author and book for the month of November.

The Gatekeeper: The Final Secret Tribulation (ISBN 9781490465678, $16.95 Pb, $7.99 Kindle 302pp.) is available online at Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com or by request at local bookstores.
