SUBIC BAY FREEPORT, Philippines -- Understanding the importance of continuously improving its operational efficiency, GrainPro, Inc. of Concord Massachusetts and GrainPro Philippines, Inc. in Subic Bay, Philippines announces the recent hiring of Ting-Ting Munoz-Maandig.

As its newest corporate executive handling the position of Vice President for Administration and Finance, Ting-Ting is in-charge of overseeing the company’s overall administrative, production and financial operations. As part of this role, she will be directly responsible for finding areas that need further improvements and provide key recommendations that will improve such areas of concern.

“We shouldn’t be discouraged by the day-to-day challenges we are facing. It’s up to us to spread how great GrainPro products are so that the world would realize that we can help,” said Ting-Ting recently in an interview. Being a farmer’s daughter, she admires GrainPro’s mission to serve the needs of farmers and calling it the company’s ‘great purpose’.

She is also a firm believer in constantly improving one’s self – both professionally and personally. As proof, she acquired her MBA in General Management in Zurich, Switzerland. Aside from continuous academic education, she also took courses in programming, hairdressing, sewing and bread-making.

Some of Ting-Ting’s biggest professional achievements include working for big organizations in the Philippines and abroad. This includes Nestle Philippines, SM Prime Holdings, and Rockfield College of Management in Switzerland.

Her in-depth knowledge of Activity-Based Costing coupled with a solid background in manufacturing and finance are key professional assets that has allowed her to make a huge difference in the companies she worked for prior to joining GrainPro. The company is engaged in the development and production of agricultural innovations particularly airtight or Ultra Hermetic™ storage solutions, and all-weather grain drying apparatuses.
