Drishti-Soft hosts Ameyo Workshop in Bangalore & Chennai

Drishti-Soft an innovator in Contact Center Technology with their Ameyo Contact Center Software hosted a workshop. The participants including various customers from across different verticals in the region eagerly took part in the interactive sessions on September 20th in Bangalore & September 21st in Chennai.

The workshops were treated to presentations from Shella Seth, VP & Head (Sales) - India & SAARC, Mandeep Singh Bedi, Asst. Manager - Marketing and Nikhil Ahluwalia, GM Engineering who discussed the importance of the right technological platform, Social Media and Live Chat as important channels in customer experience and maximizing operational efficiency of contact centers.

Speaking about the workshop, Nikhil Ahluwalia, GM Engineering, Drishti-Soft said "It is good to connect with our customers, we work with them everyday from scoping to implementation and even support. To meet them in a platform like this where we could rub elbows and get to know one another on a more personal level was a great experience."
