The Garcia family made their recent debut at San Diego Comic-Con tackling bullying. Margie has a passion to make an impact and difference within community outreach, regardless of one's adversity. Margie began her children's careers in the entertainment business. Talent Manager for her three sons, assisted many children and adults to get started and mentored within the music and entertainment industry. Combined ten years in the entertainment business, she executive produced her son's boy group "The Garcia 3" single "All around the World", available on iTunes. Margie founded and published Kids Entertainment and G Entertainment Magazine "Give Back, Pay It Forward"; highlighting Educators, Students, Entertainment news and granting public school and non - profit wish lists; from revenue generated by advertisers.
As, of February 2013 Margie is proud to announce becoming a proud memeber and global speaker as a UNA-USA San Diego Delegate to the United Nations CSW57 to end all forms of Discrimination and Violence against Women and Girls (www.unasd.org). Making a difference in society through Faith, Hope, and Believe. Also, a National speaker for RAINN to bring awareness on rape, abuse, and incest (www.RAINN.org) An impactful global speaker for both organizations. Margie's on-going project is her son's National Bullying, Not Cool Tour (www.TheGarcia3.com) booked at over 500 schools for the 2013-2014 school year, clothing line, gospel album, book, and extensive merchandising. Margie's book release is scheduled for print by winter 2013. Although, Margie has accomplished and succeeded in various business ventures, She has yet to feel satisfied and successful, until she can make a difference within particular epidemics in our communities. Margie has announced that she will utilize her Hollywood relationships, Network marketing contacts, and Sponsorships to organize a National Empowerment Tour throughout the globe. Margie shares with everyone to persevere have faith, hope, and believe. Overseeing four companies and consistent within philanthropy. Margie instills and leads by example, empowering and encouraging the will to "Make It Happen". Margie's current agenda is to outreach in the following areas within government agencies, communities, and public education.
Margie is always asked after her losing everything from a tragic divorce, What was her strategy as a comeback in such a short amount of time? Margie responds because of hope, faith, and believe; that was restored; brought her back even more driven and powerful. Empowered and mentored by one of the largest Latino led church in the city and one of the fastest growing mega churches in America. Pastor Sergio and Georgina De LaMora has mentored my boys and I to become leaders and agent of change.
Juan (13), Hector (11), and Angel (9) Garcia made their debut in the entertainment industry in 2004 when their mother, Margie, entered them into the Hawaiian Tropics and California State Pageants in San Diego. The three brothers enjoyed the experience and continued moving forward with their young careers. After moving to Colorado and acquiring an agent for the boys, the family was compelled to move to California where most of the T.V. pilots and castings were taking place. Margie made the move with hopes of boosting their entertainment careers to a national level.
After overcoming their parent's divorce, domestic violence, bullying, and drug influence, raised by their single mother Margie Garcia. The Garcia 3 Nationally recognized as professional motivational Latino/Filipino/Guamanian youth speakers and music artists. Their live interviews, performances, and tour has made an impact locally and Nationally; most importantly their live music performances. Students, Community Leaders and Government Officials recognize their gratitude, wisdom, and effectiveness to engage within their crowd and assembly uniqueness to incorporate music for awareness retention. The Garcia 3 became the first in their family to break into the music and film industry; with goals to attend Harvard University one day.
As humble parent, Margie a conscious effort to keep them grounded through church and consistent philanthropy.
