The Series A round of investment, led by a private investor, is significant - valued at $220 000/CDN (Canadian Dollars) - and takes the "new to the industry" player, VoIPCloud, to the next level. The investment will predominantly be used to aggressively pursue the quickly expanding cloud-based telecom market and apps for the newly emerging VoLTE 4G mobile industry, according to VoIPCloud’s CEO Nathan Wosnack.
