She also contributes to thought leadership by authoring white papers focused on Oracle technology, and real-world implementation success stories in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Ms. Roberson is passionate about continuous learning, mentoring and giving back to the community. She actively participates in Oracle HR user groups, speaks at industry conferences, and contributes to thought leadership on HR technology trends. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling. She is also deeply involved in her church community, participating in outreach programs, teen church and faith-based initiatives.
