KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 19, 2025 - Lockton, the world's largest privately held independent insurance brokerage, has named Vincent J. Gaffigan as its U.S. Market Strategy and Engagement Group Leader to enhance Lockton's deep relationships with its trading partners while advancing the use of market intelligence and analytics to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Gaffigan will lead an experienced team responsible for executive-level engagement with insurers and wholesale partners in this newly formed role. This group will collaborate across product lines and industry sectors to help market partners and Lockton deliver more effective solutions for clients.

With over 35 years in the industry, Gaffigan has held several leadership positions within Lockton's property and casualty practice. Most recently, he served as Lockton's Risk Consulting leader, a role in which he built well-defined, multiyear strategies for some of Lockton's largest and most complex clients. Gaffigan's background spans multiple product lines and industry sectors. He frequently speaks at industry events and has written extensively on risk management trends and opportunities for businesses.
