Integralis will benefit from a Workplace Management solution that cost effectively delivers ITIL best practices and greater automation for IT service management.
Integralis, an independent subsidiary of NTT Communications, offers a practical and flexible approach to information security, based on a strong foundation of technology. A need to further improve the automation of key processes and the increasingly complex challenge of meeting ISO27001 reporting requirements led Integralis to research alternative solutions. Following a competitive evaluation, it chose the Corporate Workplace Management suite from Matrix42 for a global deployment.
