WASHINGTON, March 11, 2025 - Arcland is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Duffy as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO of Arcland, he will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive financial operations and strategy, enhance reporting, asset and data management, and lead capital initiatives across Arcland and its affiliate, Self Storage Plus Management.

Duffy joins Arcland from Hilton, where he spent over 15 years in various senior finance and accounting roles, most recently as Chief Accounting and Risk Officer. During his tenure at Hilton, he played a lead role in multiple strategic efforts, including finance and accounting transformation and extensive capital markets initiatives including Hilton's IPO, spin-off transactions, M&A and multiple large-scale financings and follow on offerings. Prior to his time at Hilton, Duffy began his career in the Audit practice at KPMG for serving public and private real estate, hospitality and construction clients.
Duffy's extensive experience will support Arcland as the company continues to pursue its vision of becoming the most valuable private self-storage brand in the world. His expertise in financial strategy, operational oversight, and risk management will be instrumental in Arcland's continued growth and commitment to innovation in the self-storage industry.
