Derek Hill joined Bay Area Equity Group in 2012 bringing a background in financial services to the Campbell, CA based real estate investment company. Since joining Bay Area Equity Group, Derek has consistently met and exceeded sales goals, and has been a driving force in increasing sales at the company by 200%. Derek’s analysis of investor tolerance toward risk has enabled him to find the perfect property for many of his clients, earning these clients a return on their investment in the range of fifteen percent annually.

In Derek’s new role as Senior Investment Specialist, Derek will begin mentoring new investment specialists at Bay Area Equity Group and take a leadership role within the company towards attracting and retaining new investors in Bay Area Equity Group’s Investor Circle. Derek new responsibilities will also include leading investment seminars, property selection, and event management.
