July 25, 2024 - Principal Photography has concluded on "The Life Protection Bureau", a film about government overreach and civil rights violations on women's autonomy. The story by Mikos centers around Lilith Parthenos, who uses an app to track her periods. When the state government's social media AI scanner flags the Bureau, Matthew Manningtree, and Stearne Hopkins are sent to the home for a wellness check", where Lilith and her mother Maria are forced to confront a Christofascist agenda that seeks to undermine their healthcare choices.
The film stars Abigail Johnson from "Enigma" as Lilith, Emily Dane, Michael Sorrells and Mikos, the author of "Cycle of Pain" an award-winning screenplay. "We hope to get similarly minded agents involved to spread the word and support women's rights", says Mikos. The film moves to post-production where it is hoped to be debuted in August.
