Cliff Arnell Recognized by Marquis Who's Who

CHRISTIANSBURG, VA, February 20, 2024 - Cliff Arnell has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

For over 60 years, Mr. Arnell has researched and contributed to theoretical development in the intersecting fields of physics and solid-state engineering. Over the course of five years, he studied electronics, with a focus on semiconductor insulated-gate (Mosfet) physics and engineering, at Colorado State University, Southern Colorado State University, the University of Texas at Arlington, and the University of California San Diego. Thereafter, he started his first four years in semiconductor research and development, graduating to senior lab tech and finally to senior semiconductor engineer for the next six years at companies such as Texas Instruments, Hewlett Packard, Union Carbide Electronics, United Technologies, and Mostek; obtaining a patent in 1971; and spending the next 25 years providing semiconductor design and consultation services in Silicon Valley, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida with companies and startups.

During his tenure at Texas Instruments, Mr. Arnell played a pivotal role in developing computer programs for chip design, which the company's engineers went on to use. As a technician with a two-year degree at the time, he was responsible for writing the computer programs himself. He gathered information and used specific equations to analyze the speed at which the chips could operate and consulted with the company's engineers in France to ensure the best approach, thereby becoming the liaison between the company's headquarters in France and Dallas. Mr. Arnell was given the opportunity to design a Mosfet Integrated Circuit using his computer programs for predictive performance, thus verifying his electronics engineering, computer programming and extensive research in chip design.

Leveraging his electronics engineering background and his extensive research, Mr. Arnell began to develop his theory about the composition of the electron with great confidence and extensive knowledge. Originally, his theory arose from a flash of inspiration he experienced in 1974 while discussing unidentified objects and antigravity with a fellow engineer. Although there was almost nothing to find about the composition of the electron, when he began his research in the 90's, he began to create his theory full-time starting around 2005, he was determined to find the answers he sought and continued onward in his pursuit, despite the initial lack of any helpful information available. In the dusty archives though, Einstein hinted at the idea that "mass is merely an illusion." No one was even considering, much less exploring the possibility of using two high-energy photons to create an electron. Mr. Arnell was alone in his thoughts.

Over the years, Mr. Arnell's confidence in this 'one of a kind' theory has only grown stronger. To date, he cites his most noteworthy achievement as contributing to the Unified Field Theory by introducing his groundbreaking concept, known as "Massquerade" to demonstrate how photons—massless bundles of electromagnetic energy—can 'masquerade' as matter and create gravitational fields. In 2019, Mr. Arnell shot a 45-minute technical film, "Mass'querade: The Movie," and viewable on youtube, in which he describes the composition of the electron, making him one of the first to provide a viable theory of the composition of all sub-atomic particles including electrons, positrons, neutrinos, and quarks based on the electro-magnetic attributes and actions of photons and the fact that light curves in gravitational fields. These facts are the basis of all massive characteristics thus relating electric fields, magnetism and gravitation in one theory.

Looking forward, Mr. Arnell aims to create a high-resolution movie of a similar nature to fully explain the composition of the photon and how it can be the basic 'building block of everything' with a narrator and scriptwriter and would love for his work to be streamed on streaming platforms to share with the world. Alongside allowing his work to educate the 'general public,' he hopes his work will be recognized by the scientific world at large and, specifically, for the physics community to accept his theory that photons can be used to make massive elements and provide both gravity and anti-gravity. The suspected presence of UFOs in our skies brings a new urgency to understanding directed gravitation using high-energy photons to generate gravitation as needed for weightlessness, acceleration, and interstellar travel. Mass'querade holds the key to unlocking the generation of gravitation.

Outside of his involvement in theoretical physics, Mr. Arnell devotes his time to several civic engagements through his church, including playing guitar and harmonica as a musician and participating in praise teamwork.
