New Technology Breakthrough Is Presented To Goldman Sachs Graduates

Cheshire technology entrepreneur Tim Thomas-Peter presented his new multi-platform, multi-device software breakthrough to some of Britain’s most talented business people at the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni conference in London.

Mr Thomas-Peter , Managing Director of Congleton-based software specialists Ambidect was entitled to attend the conference at the London offices of Goldman Sachs as he was a graduate of the business education initiative which he had been invited to join in 2011.

So he used the opportunity to introduce his company’s unique new software solution to some of the 300 growing businesses from all over the country who converged on the conference. Graduates discussed the benefits of Ambidect with Mr Thomas-Peter and a number arranged further meetings to learn more detail.

“Switched on business people are seeing the gains they can make using our unique technology,” said Mr Thomas-Peter, “This was the ideal audience for me. These are all really smart and ambitious business owners and directors who have already had a high level of success but need to be sure that their software doesn’t limit their growth. When they hear about our technology they just get it!”

The technology that allows a single software application to be developed which then runs on any device or any platform, from Microsoft to Apple, was attracting attention from businesses in general and from other software development companies, added Mr Thomas-Peter.

He and his Technical Director, Scott Bamford, believe that all businesses should start demanding what they really need from their software developers and not be tied down by specific technology.

“At Ambidect, we’d like to see all software being developed to be device agnostic,” explained Mr Thomas-Peter. “You shouldn’t have to worry about the cost of using the platforms or devices that suit your business best or what your staff are most comfortable using.”

“The Goldman Sachs Programme has given us the tools to build this business from scratch”, added Mr Thomas Peter. “And I’m very grateful for all the follow-up activities including this conference.”
