Rob Boarer Celebrated for Dedication to the Field of Construction & Development

HOUSTON, TX, September 28, 2023 - Rob Boarer has been included in Marquis Who's Who. With over 25 years of experience in international and nationwide ground-up construction, business development, and risk reduction, among other areas, Mr. Boarer currently serves as the Real Estate, Construction, and Development Lead for Shell. In this role, he collaborates with commercial brokers, general contractors, and third-party entities to ensure successful land acquisition, development, and construction for Shell's JLI program on the self-development side. Mr. Boarer is an attention-to-detail professional who has excelled in various positions, including superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, vice president of construction, and director of operations for multiple large national-based companies. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar construction projects.

During the early stages of his career, Mr. Boarer gained invaluable expertise in executive positions with nationally recognized companies. Additionally, he served his country in the U.S. Navy Seabees, where he was a hand-to-hand combat and chemical biological warfare instructor attached to NMCB 133. Outside of work, Mr. Boarer actively contributes to his community through involvement in various organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Project, The American Red Cross, and Superheroes for Autism, to name a few.

Among the standout moments in his career, Mr. Boarer takes particular pride in his involvement in a community development block grant program for the city of Houston. He spearheaded the development of a 432-unit apartment complex designed to cater to the needs of veterans and local residents. As a disabled veteran himself, this project holds special significance for him. His overall success can be attributed to his unwavering dedication, commitment to others, integrity, transparency, collaboration with valued team members, and his belief in the motto "Blood makes you related, loyalty makes your family."
