GLENDALE, CA, September 18, 2023 - Stefen Chraghchian has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Affiliated with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) since 2018, Mr. Chraghchian presently represents the organization as a Senior Director of Capital Markets. Rising through the ranks, he began as a Loan Analyst and was promoted to Associate Director, Director, and Senior Director. Among a myriad of responsibilities, Mr. Chraghchian maintains a book of business comprising current clients, ensures his relationships with various banking institutions throughout the country are intact, seeks new clients, and provides mentorship to agents throughout the office.

Aside from his full-time endeavors with the organization, Mr. Chraghchian provides debt and equity consultation services for Adept Urban, including communications with investors such as institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Chraghchian pursued a career in his industry because of the strong influence he received from his family while coming of age, many of whom were in the real estate industry. His father, who was involved in construction and development, was also a role model to him throughout his career. Mr. Chraghchian aims to become active in real estate development, equity and debt placement in the future.

In 2018, Mr. Chraghchian became the youngest planning commissioner in the history of the City of Glendale, California. He served as Commission Chair in 2020. The city's history dates to over 100 years, and he draws a strong sense of satisfaction in having had the opportunity to serve in such a capacity. Mr. Chraghchian continues to remain active on the commission today.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Chraghchian received a bachelor's degree in business administration and real estate development, cum laude, and a master's degree in urban and regional planning. He also received a Leading with Finance Certificate from Harvard Business School Online and became a licensed real estate agent through the California Department of Real Estate.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Chraghchian is a member of The Symposium, and a member of Urban Land Institute's Los Angeles housing initiative council. He formerly served as a member and California chapter commission and board representative for the American Planners Association. In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Chraghchian has been honored with a Sales Recognition Award, Emerging Core Award, and a Rising Star Award from the MMCC. He was also selected among hundreds of candidates nationwide for the Young Professional Award, having been named among the 25 Under 35 in the Commercial Observer for debt and equity professionals.
