ENCINITAS, CA, May 02, 2023 - Tiffany U. Nguyen has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Ms. Nguyen is an experienced housing management assistant and front desk supervisor employed by the U.S. Navy. Since 2014, she has managed barracks for approximately 5,000 service members with ranks of E-4 and below at Naval Base Coronado. She has also been overseeing new member training as they prepare to become Navy SEALs, monitors how many individuals check in and out of the base, utilize vacancy reports for 14 buildings, and, among other responsibilities, reviews thousands of sailors' packages to determine whether or not they are eligible to stay in the barracks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Nguyen ensured safety measures were in place for all the residents, visitors, and staff. This included ensuring CDC and BUMED quarantine policies were adhered to by all. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her professionalism and attentiveness ensured that over 20,000 sailors, staff, and personnel that had business and transactions at the NASNI front desk were well taken care of.

During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Nguyen was affiliated with Naval Air Station Lemoore in California, through which she notably reviewed applications for the Civilian of the Year award and represented candidates at the selection board's meetings. She also found success in the health care sector as a dental assistant and in administration as an office manager.

As a devoted civil advocate, Ms. Nguyen has volunteered with several organizations, namely the Mason of California-441 Coronado Lodge participating in monthly activity community projects. She has also served on the dental advisory board for the Pima Dental Institute. Moreover, Ms. Nguyen frequently donates to Disable American Veterans organizations and other nonprofits such as the Humane Society of the United States in Encinitas.

Ms. Nguyen graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in business management in 2016. She also received credentials as a licensed dental assistant through the Pima Dental School. Ms. Nguyen's education was notably funded through the support of several college scholarships.

Recognizing her accomplishments, Ms. Nguyen received a Director's Award from the Pima Dental School in 2011. She also received several Civilian of the Month Awards from the Naval Air Station Lemoore.

Ms. Nguyen notes that her accomplishment are due to her constant desire to improve herself via hard work and education. She hopes to inspire others to set high professional goals as well. Her immediate desire is to continue advancing in her career and to someday soon become a site manager.
