As a seasoned customer service, project management expert, educator and consultant, Mr. Cowley presently serves as a Managing Partner (CFO) for a company he founded with two other seasoned professionals in the adult and senior living instruction/ education industry, named UCampus Group LLC. Mr. Cowley was a Continuing Education Instructor for Relias, which he was able to share with others his love for the adult and senior industry and welcome new associates to the field. Over the years, he has also worked as an Executive Director of MorningStar Senior Living and as an Administrator for Psynergy Programs. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Cowley gained valuable expertise in the field as an Administrator for CiminoCare/ Solar Senior Living and as a Director of Residents and Family Services for Silverado Memory Care.

An expert in his field, Mr. Cowley relies on his studies through the years in multiple aspects of Psychology and Sociology, including geriatric and mental health curriculum. He holds a Therapeutic Recreation degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Throughout his career, he has expanded his professional knowledge by becoming certified in California, Colorado and Texas as an RCFE and ARF Administrator, as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide through Careway Health Institute. In light of his outstanding body of work, James was named a Marquis Who's Who Top Educator.

While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Cowley takes the most pride in the residents, clients and staff which he has worked over the years. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he only had two residents that tested positive for the illness with zero symptoms due to the stringent infection control methods put in place and the dedicated team members he worked with. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he attributes his success to the work values and ethics his father, John W. Cowley instilled in him from a young age. Within the coming years, Mr. Cowley intends to grow his new businesses, UCampus Group LLC and Fox Senior Services, while spending quality time with his son, Jonathan, hoping to make the world a better place.
